Just wanted to say a BIG THANX to everyone who showed up for Ryan's 3rd birthday......pictures will be up some time in the near future hopefully........ 

it was really good seeing you guys who we haven't seen in a freaking looooong asss time...haha like every once a year on Ryans birthday.... 

a little heads up too everybody:

Mr. Ryan Chan's Birthday party will be held the day before his birthday 4/29, because everybody has to work on monday right.. invites will be sent out soon . if anybody has changed their emails let me know.

oh yeah new loction this year....its gonna be held in our Jersey house. so it should be easier for philly and new yorkers to meet in the middle .

hm.....wow talk about months flying by....looking back and its been like 4-5 months that i've been in new jersey busy working.......halloween....thanksgiving....christmas...and new years all came and went like in a freaking blink of an eye ball!!!!!! *whooooosh*

short update:

lil monster is fine as always...more talkative and a very good actor....got the pee potty traing part down like the back of his hand but as far as the poopin....thats another thing.

broke yet another camera so no pics...till next time...or when i get the camera fix and have hm....TIME to actually update again....wow being a working person and taking care of a lil monster by myself sure take a lot out of a person............

as for work.....i've pretty much got a good amount of everything covered...but if any one does want to be my guinea pig you can always stop by and ill give you a good price.......(right thanh....my 3nd piggy.)

 sad news guys:: 

This will be our last week in New York. man just when i was starting to venture out to the city.   haha hmmmm sooooo for the 2 sisters that i have here if you guys want to come use my oven, haha or just pay a last visit to the monster, friday will be the last day......after that we are going to be shipped away to *sniff* boot camp in New Jersey. 

~ Monster Chan will be staying at his NJ house with is grandpa......while

~ his mommy will be slaving away at work 6 days a wk. eeeeeekkkk  (man i think im going to die, cause from being a stay at home mommy watching every move that the monster makes to seeing him only in the morning.....night and the one day that i get ?!?!?! hm........  think *better future* *better future*

** this was all a very big shocker cause kevin's mom was like I NEED YOU NOW!!!!!! and i can see why...but lucky i was able to delay it for another wk while i pack.....oh man  PAAAAACK such a tiring thing to do.

~ another sad thing......just when ppl are starting to see a lil bit of my gym efforts...i have to postpone it and just run around a community type neighborhood....  AAAHhh man i just remembered im not the type of person to run outside....i NEED the a/c....hm..........
